Doug is a partner and the leader of Grant Thornton’s Southeast Region International Tax Practice. He has over 18 years of dedicated international tax experience dealing primarily with transactions and related cross-border issues for multinational corporations. Doug has worked extensively with clients in several technology-related industries, including software and biotechnology development, marketing and distribution. He also has significant experience advising large, vertically integrated manufacturing companies. Doug holds a JD from the University of Iowa - College of Law, an MBA in Finance from the University of Iowa - Tippie School of Management, and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
