With more than 20 years of experience in public accounting and industry positions, Tay appreciates the significant changes companies have faced regarding the financial reporting of income taxes. Her significant experience with large, multinational organizations has included leading project teams focused on:  design and implementation of integrated software solutions for tax accounting and compliance  remediation of significant deficiencies and material weaknesses  tax provision implications of restating financial statements implementation and maintenance of FIN 48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Tax This broad base of experience allows her to quickly evaluate a client’s needs and recommend a range of solutions. Tay has a BBA in accounting and has completed postgraduate studies in taxation at the University of Texas.
