eSignature Reminder Frequency

With the release of 2015 UltraTax CS®, you can now configure reminder notifications and expiration dates for eSignature forms and letters.

You can change how frequently your client receives reminder notifications about electronically signing their bank account verification, consent forms, engagement letters, and Forms 8879, 8878 and 114a. In addition, you can control the number of days that the eSign documents are available for signing before they expire.

To make these changes, follow the steps below.

  1. Choose Setup > 1040 Individual and click the Federal tab.
  2. Click the Other Return Options button.
  3. Click the Other tab.

Note: These options are only available with the UltraTax/1040 application. To modify reminder notifications for 1040 client organizers, select Setup > 1040 Individual > Organizer.
