To access online chat, log in to your CS.ThomsonReuters.com web account. If you don’t have one, click the Log In > Register button and follow the instructions to create an account.
Once you’ve logged in, choose My Account and then the Let’s Chat button in the Live Chat box. You’ll be prompted to enter your name, email address, and the department you want to contact. Depending on the nature of your question, you can contact Customer Service, Product Support, or e-Filing Assistance.
Chat is available weekdays (except holidays) from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.

Use our Help & How-To Center to Find Solutions
Want to find an answer quickly when you’re working in an application? The Help & How-To Center provides extensive information about the use of our products.
To access the Help & How-To Center from UltraTax CS:
Press F1 to view help relevant to the current screen or dialog.
Press CTRL+Y from anywhere in the application.
Click the drop-down arrow next to the Help button on the toolbar and use the search field to search for relevant topics.
Choose Help >Help & How-To or click the Help button to open the Browse subjects for UltraTax CS topic, which you can use to browse Help categories for a specific entity.
Once in the Help & How-To Center, enter the desired keywords in the Search field and press Enter to find relevant information. You can also click the Browse Subjects link to access a list of categories, then select a category to view a list of related topics, or choose the Index link to view an alphabetical list of keywords.
