ONESOURCE Property Tax Launches Version 9.50 on SQL Server

ONESOURCE, ONESOURCE Property Tax, Software January 13, 2012

How many assets do I need to report in TX this year?  What is the total value of my inventory in GA?  What are my total property tax payments coming due next month?  Answering these questions is easier and faster than ever with the release of ONESOURCE Property Tax 9.50.

December marked a milestone for Thomson Reuters and customers using the ONESOURCE Property Tax system.  ONESOURCE Property Tax is now running on Microsoft SQL Server housed in Thomson Reuters’s highly secure data center in Eagan, MN.  This change offers immediate performance gains, especially for those customers managing large portfolios and many asset records.  User-defined functions, counts, and listings compute faster and leave you more time to focus on compliance and minimizing your liabilities.

The new database platform is also a major step toward delivering major enhancements to property tax workflow automation, appeals, and reporting in 2012 and beyond.
