If not, simply have your CS Professional Suite Web Account Administrator log on and add a Web Services credit card to your account.
If you decide to continue to use UltraTax CS eSignature after the three free eSignatures have been processed, you’ll be charged for every additional eSignature. View our price list for more information.
Clients sign electronically in a simple process, so you don’t have to spend valuable time gathering the required signatures in person.
Your firm saves headaches because integration is a snap—the eSignature feature was specifically developed to integrate with UltraTax CS. Your client saves headaches because they only have to eSign once, and the eSignature is automatically applied to all necessary locations in the documents.
Save IRS Hassles
You can be confident you’re in compliance, because eSignature meets stringent IRS requirements for Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) for Form 8879.
Save Travel Expenses
You never have to leave your office, since clients can complete their eSignature on their desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone from wherever they are.
Fees are only assessed upon successful completion of eSignatures for all parties. Be sure to check your state’s rules to verify whether your state accepts federal eSignatures.
Note: There’s no extra charge for states with their own eSignature form, if processed with Form 8879. The spouse’s eSignature form is also included in the 8879 transmission fee.
