  • Alycia has been a Customer Success Manager with Thomson Reuters since 2005.  During her time with Thomson Reuters she has spent her time providing support, training, consulting and implementation services to her clients.

    Prior to joining Thomson Reuters Alycia worked in the fields of tax compliance, provision and accounting.  Alycia has worked in both the retail and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Alycia was an ONESOURCE RS client and Administrator at FHC Health Systems, in Norfolk, VA.

  • Sudha joined Thomson Reuters in 2017 and currently is the Head of Technology for Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing and Trust & Information Reporting. Previously at Thomson Reuters she led the ONESOURCE Platform technology teams and was the Head of the Optimize program for Corporates Segment.

    Before Thomson Reuters, Sudha spent over 13 years driving innovation & transformation in banking and financial industry giants like Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase. At Bank Of America she led the Mortgage Servicing & Contact Center technology divisions delivering solutions such as merging several workflow apps into one, consolidating various contact center software, implementing the Mortgage Servicing Platform, and leading the Agile transformation across global teams spanning multiple locations.
