PORTAGE, MI – May 24, 2012 – Manatron, Inc. – a Thomson Reuters business, a global leader in providing integrated property tax and land administration software for governments worldwide, today announced that Ted Lopez and Felicia Lopez have joined the company as Aumentum product specialists in the State of California.
For over a decade, both Ted Lopez and Felicia Lopez have been servicing the property tax needs of California counties. In their respective new roles with the company, each will be responsible for providing functional direction for the Aumentum product suite for California counties through the analysis and understanding of the complex needs of an integrated property tax system.
During the last twelve-plus years, Mrs. Lopez has served as a Sr. Business Analyst for both Megabyte Systems and, more recently, True Automation-LPS and has experience in support, development, implementation, analysis and maintenance for over 20 counties in the state. She is a leading expert in Assessor and Tax Collector functions for California property tax systems. Additionally, Felicia Lopez worked for the Marion County Tax Collector in Florida from 1996-1998.
Ted Lopez brings to Manatron a wide-range of experience with California property tax code. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Lopez worked for Fresno County, California before leaving for the private sector where he has also served as a Sr. Business Analyst for over 12 years for both True Automation-LPS and Megabyte Systems. Ted Lopez is an industry-leading expert in California Auditor functions and the role that property tax systems play in the County Auditor-Controller’s office.
