The Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters was lucky enough to secure an exclusive interview this week with Pascal Saint-Amans, director of the Center for Tax Policy and Administration with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).  Widely referred to as “the face of tax,” Saint-Amans is the tip of the OECD’s sword when it comes to the controversial BEPS initiative.  Read more in the Forbes.
