Internal Revenue Service Selects Thomson Reuters for Agency-Wide Legal, Tax Research Solutions

EAGAN, MN – Thomson Reuters today announced that it has been awarded a new multi-year contract from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide research resources for the agency. As the primary enterprise-wide provider of online legal and tax research for the IRS, Thomson Reuters will provide an array of leading solutions and content from its Legal and Tax & Accounting businesses. As many as 20,000 IRS professionals across the agency’s multiple divisions will have access to WestlawNext™ and WestlawNext Tax augmented by integrated content from Thomson Reuters Checkpoint.
