The Journal of Multistate Taxation and Incentives welcomes articles offering practical information and ideas on tax planning for companies involved in multistate operations and transactions, and for individuals with assets or investments in more than one state. In addition, we seek articles on tax and nontax incentives that various governmental authorities offer to attract and maintain business. Articles should focus on matters of importance to practitioners and provide practical information on tax, legal, accounting, and business aspects affecting such taxpayers and transactions, with emphasis on planning possibilities. Articles may be state specific if the topic discussed has far-reaching implications that are of national concern. Articles should not discuss theoretical matters or how the law could or should be changed.

Articles submitted for consideration must be sent to us exclusively in order to be reviewed by our editorial board. If accepted for publication, the article will be edited to conform with Journal style. A typical article is approximately 6,000 words but articles both considerably shorter and longer will be considered. Articles should be submitted as email attachments.
