New names for greater clarity

Two solutions included in Cloud Audit Suite have new names: AdvanceFlow is now named Engagement Manager and Checkpoint Engage is Guided Assurance. The name changes will not impact the quality of service and expertise you trust from Thomson Reuters. If you have questions, please review the information below.

  • Engagement Manager is the new name for the same product previously known as AdvanceFlow.

  • Guided Assurance is the new name for the same product previously known as Checkpoint Engage.

  • Thomson Reuters is taking on a descriptive approach to naming, so it is easier to quickly understand what each solution is or does.

  • Yes, you can still log in and access your products the same way. We recommend updating your bookmark for Engagement Manager (formerly AdvanceFlow) to engagementmanager.thomsonreuters.com. The URL for Guided Assurance (formerly Checkpoint Engage) is not changing.

  • No. You will still have the same contract terms and same access to content.

  • Yes. Your subscription and product offering will not change.

  • Also on August 1, all Engagement Manager (formerly AdvanceFlow) customers will default to a modern interface providing:

    • Larger, more efficient workspace
    • At-a-glance status of all engagements (new Engagement Dashboard)
    • Quick access to add, open, or switch between engagements (new dropdown menu)
    • Improved notifications
