Special Report

On March 4, 2014, the President released his federal budget proposals for fiscal year 2015, which includes a host of tax provisions affecting businesses and individuals, proposals to boost U.S. manufacturing and “insourcing” of jobs, and ways to reform the U.S.-international tax regime.

This special report covers the President’s budget proposal, while also highlighting where similar proposals were recently advanced by House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) in his “Tax Reform Act of 2014”—areas to watch closely over the coming year.
