What is the difference between a day and annual pass?

A day pass provides customers with access to their Checkpoint Edge product for one day, beginning directly after purchase.

An annual pass is a 1-year subscription to the Checkpoint Edge product. 

When will the passes start and when will they expire?

Access to Checkpoint Edge usually begins within 5 minutes of purchase.  Access will expire 24 hours after purchase for the day pass.

Will any of the digital subscriptions auto renew?

Annual subscriptions will auto renew, while day passes will not.

What type of support or training will be offered?
