We offer university-style training classes across the United States. This format enables you to network with other users to maximize your investment. You are also eligible to receive CPE credits for attending training classes in this format. If six or more employees need training, it is more economical to train at your facility. On-site training offers the same university-style training class as the hands-on training with more convenience. On-site training courses are also eligible for CPE credits. These courses provide in-depth knowledge regarding the specific features and functionality of ONESOURCE Indirect Tax solutions. You’ll be able to customize your training experience to best suit your unique needs and pain points from the convenience of your desktop. Hands-On & On-Site Training Policy
To cancel a scheduled hands-on or on-site training session, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Invoices for these training sessions are not sent until after course attendance, so there are no refunds for these offerings. Invoices are sent to the mailing and email address provided by the registrant.
Web-Based Training Cancellation Policy
In the event a program is cancelled by the facilitator, an e-mail notification will be sent to all registrants. Participants who cancel their registrations will receive an e-mail confirmation. For registrations that are cancelled one week before the scheduled session, a full refund will be given. For cancellations that occur within the week prior to the scheduled session, no refund will be given.
