Charlotte Rushton is President of the Tax Professionals customer market. In this capacity, she oversees Thomson Reuters full proposition for accounting firms and tax professionals in governments, while also focusing on delivering more intuitive tax offerings, automating tax workflows and expanding in the small-to-medium business market.
Prior to her current role, Charlote was Managing Director for the law firm segment for the Thomson Reuters Legal business unit, delivering winning product propositions to meet legal customers’ varied and rapidly evolving needs. Charlotte also led the Tax & Accounting business operations that serve corporations and accounting firms across Asia Pacific and Europe. In 2010, she established the Tax & Accounting business’s regional office in Singapore, where she led the team that launched ONESOURCE corporate tax solutions in China, Korea and Taiwan, and ONESOURCE global solutions in Asia Pacific.
In addition, Charlotte served as the Executive Sponsor for Innovation for the Legal business and has designed and delivered an innovative female leadership program for Legal clients.
Before joining Thomson Reuters, Charlotte was a partner and leader of the business strategy capability for Computer Sciences Corporation, based in New York. She holds a Master’s degree in engineering from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
