His journey into the audit-tech space began early in his career during his studies, when the Satyam Computers fraud scandal underscored the need for more transparent and robust auditing systems. This experience led him to co-found Verifirm.in, India’s first electronic audit confirmation platform, later acquired by Thomson Reuters’ Confirmation product, the global leader in electronic audit confirmation.
Harsh champions a technology led approach to make audits more efficient, effective, and meaningful. Beyond his work, he has authored a book on finance and is as an angel investor, supporting founders across the startup ecosystem.
