Before joining Thomson Reuters, Kathy was a senior state and local tax manager at Ernst & Young, where she provided services to large multi-state businesses. Prior to her experience at E&Y, Kathy was a state and local tax manager with Arthur Andersen, LLP. Kathy is a graduate of Georgetown University and Villanova University School of Law. Kathy received an LL.M. in Tax from New York University School of Law.
