Vicky Petties, CPP, has been serving as an author and editor for payroll-related content at Thomson Reuters Checkpoint since November 2024. She contributes daily articles to Checkpoint Payroll Updates and is responsible for maintaining and updating various resources within the Checkpoint Payroll Library, including the Checkpoint Payroll Guide. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Centenary University. She earned her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation from PayrollOrg (PAYO), formerly named the American Payroll Association (APA), in 1998. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Vicky spent over two decades as a statutory research analyst at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP).
