Have You Been Updating Your Web Browser on a Regular Basis?

Increasingly, we see firms doing this important task on a much more regular basis-and we’re happy to see this trend! Why? The latest browsers are designed to work with the most recent technology, meaning that web standards are met (and websites function better), performance enhancements are made, and security features are regularly updated and improved. 

There’s great value in having the latest and greatest at your fingertips. That’s why, starting with the NetFirm CS release on November 20, 2013, we’ll no longer support NetFirm CS on Microsoft® Internet Explorer® (IE) 7. We’ll continue to support NetFirm CS (including Virtual Office CS, SaaS for CS Professional Suite, and NetClient CS client portals) on the latest three versions of IE (IE 8, IE 9 and IE 10), Google Chrome™, Mozilla® Firefox®, and Apple® Safari®. 

Currently, if you attempt to access any of our web services through IE 7 you receive a message stating that the Google Chrome Frame installation is required to work in IE 7. After November 20, 2013, anyone (staff and clients) attempting to access their web services in IE 7 will receive the new message below:
