Adding Tax Returns (Locators) to Your GoSystem Tax RS Contract

Throughout the course of business it may become necessary for you to add tax returns to your GoSystem Tax RS contract. We recommend that you compare your remaining locator count with your returns (and extensions) to-be-processed on an ongoing basis to ensure that you don’t run out – especially prior to major tax deadlines.

GoSystem Tax RS users with Administrator privileges can view the remaining locator count for your firm using the steps below:

  1. Access the Administrative Functions section of the RS Browser navigation to the left
  2. Select Account Information
  3. Select the appropriate Account ID and year
  4. Click Display
  5. Select the Orders tab
  6. Verify that your return count in the Remaining column will be sufficient to cover any returns you intend to open between now and any upcoming deadlines

To submit an order, complete the GoSystem Tax RS Add-On Order Form, then email it to Taxacctng.wssorderprocess@ThomsonReuters.com or fax it to 888.291.9399. Your products generally become available within 24-48 business hours of receipt of the order.
