GoSystem Tax RS has release information and many helpful guides on the Thomson Reuters Product Assistance page. To access Product Assistance, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the GoSystem Tax RS Browser
- Click the Help menu
- Click the Thomson Reuters Product Assistance link
If you have an existing user name and password, you should be directed to the Thomson Reuters Product Assistance Home page. From there you can search in-depth product information, view the current-year guides, view release notes and recent postings, access import / export templates, and check the release schedule for upcoming updates. You can also create and view online service requests.
If you cannot log onto Product Assistance through the GoSystem Tax RS Browser, follow these steps to access the site from within a locator.
- Open any locator.
- Click the green exclamation point icon (Product Assistance Display button) in the toolbar to launch Product Assistance as a Guest.
