The 2015 North Carolina Business Personal Property Listing is due on or before January 31, 2015. NC § 105-307 provides that an assessor may grant an extension up to 45 days, upon written request and for good cause shown. Specific information regarding North Carolina extensions is available in ONESOURCE Property Tax on the Master Form Certification Schedule. Remember when filing that some North Carolina county returns contain a bar code. When an original return contains a bar code, it is important to sign and return the original return along with the ONESOURCE Property Tax generated forms.
