2015 Wisconsin Statement of Personal Property Tax Announced

Blog, ONESOURCE, ONESOURCE Property Tax January 14, 2015

The 2015 Wisconsin Statement of Personal Property (WI State PA-003 Form) is certified and available for customer use in ONESOURCE Property Tax. To file timely, the return must be postmarked on or before March 1, 2015. Filing extensions are not granted in Wisconsin with the exception of the City of Glendale, who offers a 30 day extension with good cause. Wisconsin assessment ratios are provided in ONESOURCE Property Tax. In those instances where information was not available, the assessment ratio is defaulted to 100%. Please be aware that assessment ratios are not required on the local personal property renditions. The original costs and the depreciated costs (Indexed Net Value) are displayed on the forms. However, the ONESOURCE Property Tax attachments do display the assessment ratios and the assessed values.
