A big part of what we do is ask “How can we make the products easier for our customers to use? How are we designing products for our customers?” Those are the kind of questions at the core of how we engage feedback and set the direction of our products from our user communities.
For years, we’ve engaged with our user communities or steering committees to focus on products such as: ONESOURCE Tax Provision, ONESOURCE Income Tax and ONESOURCE Transfer Pricing. These forums provide users a formal opportunity to shape the direction of our products in a live setting. Because this feedback is paramount to our product success, we’re looking to build out our user communities to focus on other ONESOURCE solutions.
