If you used 2016 UltraTax CS or converted data from another tax application, you can proforma (or advance) client data into 2017 UltraTax CS after the release in late November. The Proforma dialog is accessible by clicking the Utilities menu and then choosing Proforma.
In addition, you can also proforma customized documents, office settings, print collations and data-entry displays.
