Rebecca Newton-Clarke, J.D.

Rebecca Newton-Clarke is a Checkpoint Catalyst Senior Editor/Author with the Tax and Accounting business of Thomson Reuters, and has more than 25 years of experience in state and local tax. Rebecca previously worked with the SALT services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New  York City, a Florida law firm law, and the Florida Department of Revenue, where she issued rulings, fielded disputes, drafted regulations, and was involved in various multistate initiatives. Rebecca authored and contributed to several topics on Checkpoint  Catalyst.  Her specialties are complex nexus issues and electronically delivered goods and services. Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and received a B.A. in English from the University of Florida
