Tax Court Issues Health and Safety Protocols for In-Person Proceedings at DC Courthouse

In a Press Release and Administrative Order, the Tax Court has provided health and safety protocols for in-person proceedings at its Washington, DC courthouse.

The Tax Court previously announced that, during its Winter 2022 Term, it would again be conducting in-person proceedings. That announcement said that a limited number of in-person special sessions had already been scheduled.

Protocols for in-person proceedings.

The Tax Court’s Administrative Order 2021-02 provides a summary of the health and safety protocols that must be observed by any visitor to its Washington, D.C. courthouse.
