Proposed CMS regs could result in smaller premium tax credits

(2/17/2017) - The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS; part of the Department of Health and Human Services that administers programs including the health insurance marketplace) have issued proposed regs that would make a number of reforms to health insurance marketplaces, effective 2018.
