UltraTax CS offers multiple resources and features to help ensure that you stay informed about your clients’ e-filing status. Follow the steps below to automatically download your clients’ e-file acknowledgments via CS Connect background services.
- Choose Setup > System Configuration, and click the CS Connect tab.
- Mark the Enable CS Connect Background Services checkbox, if not already marked.
- Mark the Download electronic filing acknowledgments checkbox, and click OK to close the System Configuration dialog.
To view your client’s acknowledgments, open the Electronic Filing Status dialog. To do so, click the Electronic Filing Status button on the toolbar.
