Thomson Reuters wins multiple awards at the 2018 Stevie Awards for Checkpoint Catalyst, Employee of the Year and Transforming Women’s Leadership in the Law program

NEW YORK, November 21, 2018. Thomson Reuters, the world’s leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, has won multiple awards at The Stevie® Awards 2018 for Thomson Reuters Checkpoint Catalyst, Employee of the Year and its Transforming Women’s Leadership in the Law program websites.

Thomson Reuters Checkpoint Catalyst—a next-generation platform of tax research tools and expert guidance for business transactions—won the Bronze Award for Best New Business Product of the Year. And Anne-Lise Dorry, senior director of Corporate Finance Products, Thomson Reuters, received the Gold Stevie® Award for Best Employee of the Year—Business.

Checkpoint Catalyst: US GAAP is the next generation of online research products that gives practical insight and expertise on accounting topics that are complex, undergoing changes or challenging to apply. This series of topics includes seven titles to date. Financial Instruments – Impairment was added to the collection in December 2017. The latest, Accounting for Income Taxes, launched in July 2018. It is a subscription-based product that can be accessed through the Thomson Reuters Checkpoint platform.

Anne-Lise Dorry, CPA, leads an editorial team that creates Corporate Finance products for Thomson Reuters Checkpoint. Anne-Lise was promoted to this position in April 2018, after excelling in her previous role as director of Thomson Reuters accounting publications.
