The City of Denver Has Archived Property Tax Records

The City of Denver, CO Assessor’s Office has announced that due to limited staffing and an effort to reduce costs, taxpayers are requested to email the Assessor’s Office at with inquiries about property tax information that is not available in the Office’s computerized databases. If an archived record exists in the Office, a request will be fulfilled within one to three days and  are delivered electronically. Electronic responses are generally provided at no cost. However, large jobs, jobs requiring computer programming, or one or more hours of research carry a charge of $55 per hour and will be quoted in advance.
