Client Communications key features:
- Two-way comments. Auditors and clients can see each other’s comments in real time to easily track the discussion for any request.
- Easy upload. Simply drag and drop documents to upload.
- Reference documents. Upload sample documents to show how a request should be completed.
- Password protection. Protect sensitive information with the option to password-protect the microsite to control access.
- Automated email reminders. Auditors can set up a reminder schedule to follow up on pending requests.

Add a request
Add a request from the Communications tab in Engagement Manager to send to a client.
Provide request details
Create a main request and add related subrequests, which the client will see as separate tasks to complete. Simply fill in the blanks, including request title, due date, request/s, and client contact from AdvanceFlow.
Create a new contact
You can also add a new contact as needed. Simply provide the relevant information as shown here.
Attach documents
Either drag and drop or browse for files to add reference materials that show how a request should be completed.
Add and view client comments
Add a comment with your attached documents for additional context for your client, which initiates two-way communication between you. All comments sent or received will be visible here.
Client notification email
An email notification is sent to the client, which tells them your request has been created.
Client microsite
Your client can click the link, which takes them to a secure website to see which documents or tasks are requested.
Complete request
The client responds to the request by uploading documents or asking clarifying questions using the comments feature.
Status
Show the status of the request and send automatic email reminders as due dates approach.
Save to Workpapers
Once a file is uploaded in AdvanceFlow, you have the option to transfer the document to your audit Workpapers.
