Training course fee policy
All training course pricing is shown per person, with the exception of on-demand courses. Attendees who do not pre-register are still responsible for the course fee.
Web training cancellation policy
Please register at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled class dates. Applicants for all courses will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations may be refunded or credited toward future classes if canceled 3 business days prior to class. There will be a $25 administration fee for any rescheduling 3 three business days of class.
Note: All classes are subject to cancellation. Rescheduled classes must be completed within 3 months from the date of the original class.
Classroom and year-end training cancellation policy

CPE Credit
Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting, Professional Software & Services is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
