Residing just outside of San Francisco, Carol is a US CPA and an alumnus of Texas Tech University, where she received her Bachelor of Business in Accounting. She was a key member of an in-house Transfer Pricing and Controversy team, responsible for the global implementation, maintenance, and defense of the group’s transfer pricing and international tax structure. Currently, she is responsible for the Orbitax BEPS Transfer Pricing Solutions Division. Through this role, she has contributed to the OneSource BEPS Action Manager Solution while assisting clients in CBC Reporting, Master File, and Local Files.
