    David A. Crumbaugh is a longtime CPA, entrepreneur, and sought-after speaker on tax, business development, and strategic alliance relationship development. He is the managing partner of Rick C. Reed & Company, PLLC, with offices in San Marcos and Belton, Texas. Over his 30 years in the accounting profession, he has assisted clients with tax compliance, tax strategies, and IRS and state audits. David has written and conducted several CPE classes that have been presented to staff and public accountants across the state and the country. His keynotes and workshops on business development and strategic alliance strategies for business professionals across the country are in demand.

    Frank Stitely, CPA, is a Member, Partner, and Small Business Advisor at SK CPAs. He received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. He is active with the Association of Independent Certified Professional Accountants, the Maryland Society of Accountants and Tax Preparers, the Virginia Society of CPAs, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Additionally, Frank volunteers with Christian Relief Services, serving on the board as the Audit Committee Chair. He and his wife have four daughters and live in Ashburn, Virginia. Outside of work, Frank enjoys reading, investing, racquetball, and fitness. When asked if what his wife says about him is true — that he thinks about business in the bathroom each morning — he says, “Guilty as charged, your Honor.”
